Good to know

In the summer high season the cottages are rented only for entire weeks. A week starts from Saturday and ends on Saturday.

Make your reservation either by email or phone call.

You have to be at least 21 years old to rent a cottage. The cottages are for maximum 6 persons, also during the daytime.

You'll find the check-in and check-out times from your invoice. The time varies between seasons.

Every cottage has 2 bedrooms, beds for 4+2 persons, living room & kitchen, a wood-heated sauna, shower, wc and a patio. Every cottage has some toilet paper, but for longer holidays you should take more with you.
Pillows and quilts are included in the rent, linens are rentable for 15,00 Euros/person/stay.

Pets are welcome in to every cottage, but they are not allowed to be on the sofas or the beds.

The firewood is counted the way that there is enough for your holiday. For additional charge we can bring you more.

If you have complains about the cottage the complaint must be made without delay.

Every cottage has its own rowing boat freely usable for the inhabitants for the rental period. Outboard motor is rentable for the rowing boat for 100 Euros/week (incl. 5 litres of gasoline).

Fish cleaning table is available if needed.

Note that on the cottages 8 and 9 there's stairs and a hill down to the lake shore.

Every cottage has also its own barbeque grill, but you will need to bring your own coal and lighter fluid with you.

If you wish to bring a outdoor hot tub to the cottage, you must negotiate about it with the owners. Additional fee for the permission is 50 Euros. You're allowed to fill the hot tub with water from the lake, not from the tap, our well isn't sufficient for filling up hot tubs. To pump the water from the lake you'll need a pump, water-hose and an electric chord. If you do not have these equipment with you, you can rent them for 50,00 Euros.

Next to the Info building you will find Pihapirtti where you will find billiards- and table tennis tables and wi-fi connection among other things. On the yard there is a trampoline for children.
Minigolf course is located behind Pihapirtti.

Pihapirtti is open everyday from 10 a.m. to 8 p.m. The local newspaper is free to read in Pihapirtti daily. There is a playground for children in front of Pihapirtti, which has a swing set, a sandbox, a playhouse and a climbing frame.

During winter time we have our own sledding hill if the snow situation allows it. By the sledding hill you can find a lean-to and a campfire site. Additionally there is a ski path of a few kilometres in length going around the area.

There are plenty of roads and wood areas to use when you want to spend time outdoors. The fields in the area are in agricultural use and it is forbidden to walk on them.
